Took longer than estimated for the order to arrive (a week late). Wrote to customer services a number of times but didn't receive a reply. Happy with the product but the company's customer services could do with some improvement.
Have been using them for a couple of years. They fit our Sonicare toothbrush fairly well and a good plastic-free substitute.
I've not actually used them as I ordered the wrong type. But they look like they would be great.
I've gotten various brands of bamboo head replacements, but this is the best so far! The colorful bristles make brushing fun and easier to tell apart from the other users in our house! Fits a Philips Sonicare just fine.

I was a bit worried about the wood quality and how it might be too rough and make my mouth hurt when brushing my teeth, but it glides wonderfully in my mouth, and works surprisingly well with my sonicare toothbrush!
